Personalized Items (Photo Magnets)
All of our photo magnets are custom-made using the image(s) you provide. Because these items are personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and refunds are not available for custom orders unless there is a verified issue with the product.
Remakes for Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Orders (14 Days)
We offer a 14-day remake window, meaning you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a remake if:
- your item arrives damaged,
- your item is defective, or
- you received the wrong item.
To request a remake, email us at hello@luxemagnetstudio.com with:
- your order number, and
- clear photos showing the issue (and packaging, if applicable).
If approved, we'll send you a new order confirmation and your replacement will go into production right away.
No return shipping required: In most cases, you do not need to send the damaged/incorrect item back to us. (We may request a return in rare cases for quality review.)
Cancellations / Changes
Because custom orders enter production quickly, we can't guarantee cancellations or edits once processing begins. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at hello@luxemagnetstudio.com, and we'll do our best to help.
Refund Timing (If a Refund Is Approved)
If a refund is approved (for example, if a remake isn't possible), it will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.
