Our Story | L.O.O.M. — Love On Others More

A few years ago, during a season when life felt especially heavy, I created an acronym that would later become the heart of this business: L.O.O.M. — Love On Others More.

It started as a reminder to myself.
To reach out.
To notice people.
To act when someone crossed my mind.

I know what it feels like to be forgotten, and I also know how meaningful it can be when someone shows up with a small act of kindness at just the right time.

That is where Luxe Photo Magnets began.

I believe memories should live somewhere more visible than our phones. They should live on refrigerators, lockers, filing cabinets, and other everyday places where they can bring a smile, spark connection, and remind us of the people and moments that matter most.

Through custom photo magnets, I get to help people turn meaningful memories into something they can hold onto, share with others, and enjoy every day. Sometimes they are made as gifts. Sometimes they are made to celebrate, encourage, or comfort someone. And sometimes, they are made as a reminder for yourself.

Our family’s story is woven into this business. We are a blended family with four kids, plus our youngest daughter, who brings so much joy to our home. Life in our family has carried us through many different seasons.

Years ago, we owned a much larger business in Bend, Oregon. Because of my husband’s health, we made the difficult decision to simplify our lives and scale back. What began as a creative hobby has now grown into something much more meaningful, helping support our family while allowing me to build something rooted in love, purpose, and connection.

I have spent many years in business and entrepreneurship, but this chapter feels different. In my mid-40s, I chose to build something that truly reflects my values.

This business is about more than magnets. It is about noticing people, choosing kindness, and turning everyday memories into lasting connection.

L.O.O.M. is a reminder that love grows when we act on it.
